I have dedicated more than two decades of my life to the art of baking. Currently, I operate a cozy micro-bakery out of my residence in Lockport, Illinois.
My specialty lies in crafting exceptional sourdough bread and pastries, which are meticulously created using premium-quality ingredients such as organic flours and butter sourced from grass-fed cows. At our bakery, we seamlessly integrate conventional and contemporary techniques, along with a fervent love for the craft, to deliver products that are a true testament to our expertise.
